Christina Zander

I am excited to be teaching 2nd grade this year. I received my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education with an emphasis in English at BYU-Idaho. I’m currently in graduate school and studying art education at BYU. I have experience teaching kindergarten through fifth grade. I have successfully taught students new concepts in math, language arts, science and social studies while integrating common core standards. I have helped students find joy in learning while increasing their fluency and reading levels. I enjoy painting, photography and hiking. I find great joy in seeing my students be successful. I look forward to the year ahead!
