Elizabeth Totterer is so excited to be teaching at Guadalupe. She wants to thank the students and staff for the opportunity to join such a wonderful community. Her family calls her Eli (eh-LEE) and so should you! She moved to Salt Lake City thirteen years ago and loves living close to so much natural beauty. Eli was born in Wiesbaden, Germany and lived with her family in Europe and South America until they moved to the United States in the 90s. Her mother is from Uruguay and her father is an Angelino: a child Mexican parents born in L.A. Eli loves to travel and visit old and new friends all over the world. She graduated from the University of Utah with a double major in English, Art History, and a TESOL Certificate to teach English as a Second Language. Eli paid for school working in restaurants; because of it she loves to share good drinks and good stories with good friends over a delicious meal. She lives with her roommates, a black cat named Bunny, and 10 chickens in Glendale.
